2025 ​ANNUAL ASSESSMENT

In January 2025 members voted to approve the Board of Trustee's proposed 2025 budget. The Annual Assessment for 2025 is $165 per home owner. The deadline for payment is April 30, 2025. Click the "Payment Options" button above for more information about making your payment.

NEW LAWN MOWER
Per the 2025 budget, a new riding lawn mower with a mulcher was purchased for $3,049. ​

POOL DEMOLITION
The special committee that was organized at the January HOA budget meeting unanimously approved demolition of the adult swimming pool, the children's swimming pool, the concrete decking, and the wood utility shed. The cinder-block bathroom and pump house will not be demolished; toilet and shower facilities will be removed and the structure converted into storage space. 

     The committee also selected a contractor. Demolition will begin Monday, March 24, 2025.
